of white wine. Cook in 180˚C oven for
about 15 minutes, dependant on the size of fillet. Serve with Cous Cous, again drizzled with
‘Contemplation’ extra virgin olive oil infused with Lemon Myrtle and cracked
black pepper to taste. Sensational.
